LAD #6: Washington's Proclamation of Neutrality

   The Proclamation of Neutrality stated that the United States would not aid or take sides in the war that consisted of Austria, Prussia, Sardinia, Great Britain and the United Netherlands against France. It also warned citizens to stay away from all acts involving it and if they help any country they will be punished and not protected by the United States.
